APS Teatru unplugged 19

This unique event consists of 5 short acts of diverse musical genres. Founded by Jonathan Shaw and Nirvana Azzopardi in 1998, Teatru Unplugged is one of Malta’s longest annual standing events. Held within the classical setting of Malta’s National Theatre, the Manoel Theatre the contrast of pop, jazz, rock, folk and other genres creates a unique and fast moving event. 

This year’s performers include acts by KazinSka, Nadine Axisa, Roundhouse Kick, Swing Nuages and Red Electrick. APS Teatru Unplugged is produced by Jon Shaw, with the artistic direction of Renzo Spiteri and will be hosted by Jo Caruana. Sponsors include APS, Baileys, Blumerang, Camilleri Paris Mode, The Pulled Meat Company and Yamaha. Tickets at €10, €18 & €25 and show ends at around 22.30hrs. Definitely a great night out at the theatre - Early booking is recommended!

The continuous presence of some of the leading names in the comic industry and up and coming creators form all over the world continues to aid the development of the Maltese Comic Scene. The Malta Comic Con has also developed a reputation for being one of the most exciting destinations for comic symposium and each year more creators seek to be part of this event.
